What does an initial consultation involve?
At Primrose Marketing, my initial discussion focuses on your goals, vision, and the unique story of your business or organisation. I will chat with you about the outcomes that you would like, your current online presence and any challenges you might be facing. After I have a good idea of what you need I will analyse your website/social media platforms to see where improvement can begin! I will then provide a tailored digital marketing plan to showcase your story and achieve measurable results through website management, social media, and communications support.

Do I need to have an established online presence already?
The short answer is no! As I focus on small businesses, local charities and non-profits which are often run solely through volunteers with limited amounts of time, I understand you might not know where to start with getting a website up or creating your social media handles. This isn’t a concern at all as I can sort these issues with you and map out a plan for future progress on your marketing goals.

What is your background in marketing/communications?
I have worked in a varying capacities for different organisations in marketing, public relations and communications. My experience spans across local authorities, non-profits, charities, festivals and small businesses with a focus on providing effective but affordable services for smaller organisations. Having contributed to many charities through volunteering, this is where my interest lies.
